To make it easier to locate and use, you can give a printer a friendly name (for example, Office Printer or John's Printer). If you use a printer for a particular purpose, you can give it a name that indicates it (for example, Photo Printer). If you have a printer directly connected to your network (a network printer), you can also assign it a special icon. By doing this, others can more easily identify it while using Network Magic.
